The investor portal now shows each currency you hold as its own balance rather than converting everything to a single figure. Dollars, sterling and euros sit next to each other, the way a wallet works.
Swapping between currencies happens inside the portal, and the rate used is shown before the swap is confirmed. A receipt is emailed once it settles.
Balances in any supported currency can fund a deposit into a plan or be used for a withdrawal request, so there is no need to convert first unless you want to.
“Holding three currencies should feel like holding three currencies, not one figure after conversion.”
- 01Each currency is held and displayed separately.
- 02Swap rates are shown before confirmation and receipted afterwards.
- 03Any balance can fund plan deposits or withdrawals.

Your country and default currency are detected when you register, and both can be changed at any time from the account page.
Currency movements affect the value of holdings, and capital is at risk. The portal shows the rate applied to every conversion so the cost is never hidden.
