Five functions. One line of accountability.
We publish our leadership structure by function rather than by biography. What matters to a client is not a curriculum vitae, but knowing precisely which desk answers for allocation, which for risk, and which for the accuracy of a statement.
Investment Leadership
Owns strategic allocation, chairs the investment committee, and is accountable for the coherence of every mandate against its written policy.
Risk & Oversight
Independent of portfolio management. Sets and monitors exposure limits, runs scenario and liquidity testing, and escalates breaches directly to senior review.
Client Advisory
The relationship layer. Translates objectives into an investment policy statement and remains the single accountable contact through the life of the mandate.
Operations & Reporting
Custody coordination, reconciliation, statement production and audit support. Ensures what is reported is what is held.
Research
Produces the internal evidence base (market structure, macro flows and asset-class studies) that investment decisions are argued against.

A firm is the sum of the standards its people refuse to lower.
We hire for temperament before pedigree. Analysts are expected to argue against the house view, advisors are expected to say no to unsuitable capital, and operations are expected to stop a process rather than let an error pass.
- ·Investment views challenged in committee, not in corridors
- ·Client suitability assessed before capacity
- ·Errors escalated, documented and remediated
